Hello,
I introduce myself Mélissa Rodrigue, I am a native of the city of Plessisville in the Center-du-Québec region. I am the mother of 4 Anthony, William, Anaëlle and Laurence.
I have been the manager of a Jean Coutu pharmacy for more than 12 years. I thrive on new challenges and innovation. By listening, I make sure to please my customers by meeting their expectations.
For several years, I have developed a passion for cooking and discovering new products. It is therefore with this in mind that I discovered À l'apéro. Incredible crush…I loved the concept, the quality of the products and the presentation so much that I drove more than an hour to pick up my trays. That's why I decided to become an Aperitif designer! My goal is to discover products from my region, which leads me to do research and meet new suppliers or collaborators.
But I am not alone in this great adventure...my family is involved in many ways: as much for the delivery, the purchase of the products, the moral support as well as the planning of my orders.À l'apéro is our family business. Looking forward to preparing a platter for you.
